Operating Rules
My Gym, ID: 21378045, private gym at Palackého 1493, Mladá Boleslav II., Czech Republic.
1. Clients in the Operator's private gym exercise at their own risk.
2. Entry is possible only after prior reservation made via the mygym247.cz website
3. The client is not authorized to provide login data to the reservation system/client account or access code to other persons.
4. A client with registration and reservation is entitled to admit a maximum of 2 other persons into the space.
5. The permitted operating capacity of the private gym is 3 people. If you are interested in renting space for a larger number of people, prior e-mail arrangements are required.
6. The client is obliged to restore the space to the condition it was in upon arrival.
7. Parents or their legal representatives are responsible for the behavior, movement and stay of children and adolescents in the entire area of the private gym.
8. Entry with animals is prohibited.
9. The client is entitled to use the space only after meeting the conditions stated in the current price list.
10. In the event of damage to sporting goods and equipment, the Operator charges the corresponding financial compensation for the damaged item. In case of damage or contamination of the equipment of the space, the Operator charges the financial compensation necessary to restore the damaged equipment to its original condition. The client is fully responsible for damage caused by improper use of sports equipment
11. In the private gym, it is forbidden to smoke, handle open flames, and eat food that you have brought with you.
12. A camera system with recording is installed in the space. Tampering with the camera system will be considered a serious violation of this policy.
13. Entry is permitted only in clean sports shoes.
14. You cannot use the Bluetooth speaker during the night time (10:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.).
15. The operator has the right to adjust the price for all services. This adjustment will come into effect on the day it is published in the current price list.
16. In case of violation of these rules, the Operator is entitled to prohibit the Client from further use of the space without compensation for the paid deposit and the balance on the client's account.
17. The application of a contractual fine or the prevention of further use of the space does not relieve the Operator of the right to recover any further damages from the Client.
18. A client under the age of 15 may use the sports field only when accompanied by another responsible adult.
19. After confirming the reservation, the client will receive a phone number intended only for emergencies (breakdowns). This number cannot be used for other reasons.
Basic contractual terms and conditions for the provision of sports area services by the operator
1. The Service is provided by the Operator after making a binding reservation and paying for the selected time block, with the Client entering the private gym. The operator is not responsible for any non-use of an hour booked in this way, which the client has not canceled 24 hours in advance.
Payment is made online only through the Comgate payment gateway to the account of ______.
2. The prices of the services are listed in the binding price list. The price includes the use of the sports field and facilities for 75 min. The operator has the right to adjust the price for all services and goods. This adjustment will come into effect on the day it is published in the current price list.
3. Cancellation of a reservation is possible free of charge no later than 24 hours before the start of the reserved activity.
4. In the event that a pre-paid reservation is canceled in time, the amount will be refunded to the Client's client account (or without the discount provided). This amount can only be used to reserve another time block. The client is not entitled to request this amount for payment.
5. If the price of the provided service is not paid from the positive balance of the client's account, the Client is obliged to pay this price through the payment gateway within 10 minutes of making the reservation, otherwise the reservation will be automatically canceled.
6. Access to the client account and entry code is non-transferable (only one person can draw from the account), it may not be used by a person other than the one listed in the registration. This also applies to family members. In case of using the possibility of entry of several people with the client, the client - holder of registration and code must always be present in the private gym. In case of violation of this provision, the Operator is entitled to charge a contractual fine of CZK 1,000 for each case of violation, incl. any statutory default interest.
7. Funds deposited by the client cannot be claimed back. In the event that the ordered reservation cannot be provided for reasons on the part of the Operator (e.g. accident, power failure, system error, so-called force majeure), the client has the right to use the service at the earliest possible alternative date.
8. The Operator is entitled at any time, without giving any reasons, to withdraw the Client's ability to use the premises of the private gym. In this case, they will return the paid deposit and reimburse any unused balance on the client's account.
9. In the event of a violation of the operating regulations, the Operator is entitled to prevent the Client from further using the private gym without compensation for the paid deposit and the balance on the client's account.
10. The application of a contractual fine or the prevention of further use of the private gym does not relieve the Operator of the right to recover any further damages from the Client.
